Agreement between the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and ITM Company:
The Conclusion of an Agreement between the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and ITM Company, a subsidiary of AA International Group to provide Information about the Saudi Stock Market. Doctor Kaiser, the consultant of the ITM Company, clarified that an agreement has been signed between both the Saudi Stock Exchange Tadawul representative, Mr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Swelmi, and ITM representative, Engineer Bander Alweshaigri , Chairman of the board of directors at the AA International Group. The agreement is about a license to make use of information concerning the Saudi Stock market. Doctor Kaiser stated that the program will be launched at the beginning of 2009, and it will be named “Global Pricing System”. There will also be an exhaustive system for brokerage firms and banks to provide broadcasting services of the local market prices and the global markets. Keeping in mind that the Group is a pioneer in the field of financial systems; so far it launched several programs for international brokerage firms which received several awards regarding simplicity and speed of implementation. It is worth mentioning that now the Group is in the process of doing Islamic indicators for several banks and companies in East Asia.
